Third Party Payor Disputes
NYSDA staff:
- Assists members who are helping patients resolve disputes about their dental benefits.
- Provides information on how patients can obtain the benefits they are entitled to by dental benefit plans when claims are inappropriately denied or delayed.
- Has information about New York State's No-Fault, Workers' Compensation and Medicaid program restrictions and claim management.
