NYSDA Legal Protection Plan Discounted for the Remainder of 2012
In January 2012, NYSDA offered members the option to join its Legal Protection Plan. Join now at half the rate and receive coverage from July 1, 2012 - December 31, 2012.
Members have the option of purchasing the plan in two tiers at 1/2 year rates:
- $147.50 for $7,500 in legal services (regularly $295.00)
- $197.50 for $10,000 in legal services (regularly $395.00)
This plan offers an opportunity to safeguard your practice and protect yourself from the financial and emotional devastation of unexpected encounters with federal and state regulatory agencies, insurance companies, managed care plans and the Office of Professional Discipline.
