Per the notice below, the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) has issued the Medicaid 2025 Value Based Payment (VBP) Quality Measure Sets, including dental measures in the Children's Quality Measure Set.

Medicaid Redesign Team (MRT) Updates

Announcement: The 2025 Value Based Payment (VBP) Quality Measure Sets are now available on the NYS DOH Value-Based Payment (VBP) web page.

The 2025 VBP Quality Measure Sets were reviewed and approved by the VBP Clinical Advisory Groups (CAG) and the VBP CAG Strategy Team as part of the Annual Measure Review Cycle.  Measure sets were compiled in collaboration with the NYS Department of Health’s (Department) agency partners, including the Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS).  The following PDF versions of the 2025 measure sets are now available on the Value Based Payment (VBP) website, under the VBP Quality Measures tab:
