NYSDA wants to alert members about an ongoing phishing scam targeting dental professionals. Fraudulent emails are being sent, falsely claiming to be from NYSDA or local dental societies via DocuSign, requesting recipients to review and sign a document.

• These emails are NOT from NYSDA or any official dental organization.
• They may appear legitimate but are designed to steal personal information.
• Do not open, click links, or enter any credentials.
• Delete the email immediately.

While our systems have not been compromised, phishing scams impersonating dental associations are becoming more common. We urge all members to remain cautious online. If you ever receive an email or text claiming to be from NYSDA and are unsure of its legitimacy, contact us directly before taking any action.
