The members-only section of this site now requires both a user name AND a password.

If you have not established a password, follow the directions on the members-only log in page. The user name is your ADA number.

After your first log in, a temporary password will automatically be sent to your e-mail on file with NYSDA.**

Check spam and junk folders for the temporary password as the message is automated and often end up there.

Log in with your ADA number and the temporary password and you will be prompted to create a password you can remember.  Your personal password must be at least six characters long and include one letter and one number.

**Members are encouraged to update NYSDA with their most current office and e-mail address. Address changes can be sent to info@nysdental.org. Put "address updates" in subject line of e-mail.

NEW! Your Member Profile Page

NYSDA is updating its "find a dentist" area of this site and offering members a free profile page. Members will see a tab titled "my public profile" on the member welcome page. The profile page offers you the option to share information about your practice with the public--hours, additional office locations, Web site, practice description, etc. Members can also upload a photo. Profile pages are not yet live but can still be updated. Members will be alerted via e-mail when the profile pages go live and are connected to the new find-a-dentist mapping area of the site.

PLEASE NOTE: All information in the member profile page is public. Members should NOT post any personal information (phone, e-mail, etc.). Setting up a generic office e-mail address such as dr@drsmith.com is suggested.
