CDC Mobile "App" for Infection Prevention in Dental Settings

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has developed a new mobile “app” that will help dental facilities access their compliance with CDC’s suggested infection prevention/ infection control measures. This includes assessment of appropriate training and education of dental health care providers.

Reminder: Renew Annual Electronic Prescribing Exemption 

Prescribers who issue 25 or fewer prescriptions in a twelve-month period can be exempted from the electronic prescribing requirement. The exemption applies both to prescriptions for narcotic and non-narcotic drugs and must be renewed annually.
