New York State Dental Association Web Data Privacy Policy
The New York State Dental Association provides tools, member services and resources to member dentists and the general public in New York State. NYSDA respects the privacy of the visitors and users of our website, and so we have developed this website privacy policy. It applies to the operation of NYSDA’s website that directly link to this policy when you click on "privacy policy" in the website footer.
Policy:
1) Notice. We'll give you timely and appropriate notice describing any personal information we're collecting, how we'll use it, and the types of third parties with whom we may share it.
Through our websites, NYSDA may collect information that can identify you, such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and other similar information ("Your Information") when you voluntarily submit it to us or when it is submitted to us by a representative of your organization. Any other information transferred by you in connection with your visit to this site ("Other Information" - that is, information that cannot be used to identify you) may be included in databases owned and maintained by NYSDA or its agents.
